    1. Les modifications aux dispositions de l'Article 65 de la Constitution de la Fédération de Russie, fixant la composition de la Fédération de Russie, sont présentées sur la base de la loi constitutionnelle fédérale sur l'admission dans la Fédération de Russie et la formation en son sein d'un nouveau sujet de la Fédération de Russie et sur la modification du statut juridique-constitutionnel du sujet de la Fédération de Russie.
    2. En cas de modification du nom de la république, du territoire, de la région, de la ville d'importance fédérale, de la région autonome, du district autonome le nouveau nom du sujet de la Fédération de Russie est incorporé dans l'Article 65 de la Constitution de la Fédération de Russie. __________ <На английском языке см.     1. Amendments in Article 65 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation determining the structure of the Russian Federation shall be introduced on the basis of the federal constitutional law on the admission to the Russian Federation and the creation of new subjects of the Russian Federation within it, on changes in the constitutional-legal status of a subject of the Russian Federation.
    2. In case changes are made in the name of a Republic, territory, region, city of federal importance, autonomous region or autonomous area, the new name of the subject of the Russian Federation shall be included in Article 65 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. __________ <На русском языке см.     2. The State Duma shall be convened at its first sitting on the thirtieth day after the elections. The President of the Russian Federation may convene a sitting of the State Duma earlier then the mentioned time. 3. The first sitting of the State Duma shall be opened by the oldest deputy. 4.     1.     2.     A fact and statement, as μή of will and thought; οὐ denies, μή rejects; οὐ is absolute, μή relative; οὐ objective, μή subjective. —The same differences hold for all compds. of οὐ and μή, and some examples of οὐδέ and οὐδείς are included below.—As to the Form, v. infr. G.

    H ACCENTUATION. οὐ is oxytone acc. to Hdn.Gr.1.494 (text doubtfulin 504): Arist.SE 166b6, referring to Il.23.328 τὸ μὲν ου (i.e. οὐ = οὒ) καταπύθεται ὄμβρῳ, says λύουσι.. τῇ προσῳδίᾳ λέγοντες τὸ ου ὀξύτερον (i.e. οὗ), cf. 178b3. In codd. the word is written oxytone when folld. by a pause (v. supr. B), and is usu. written without any accent in other cases.
